Golf Injuries
Common Golf Injuries Kam Treats
Most golf injuries are overuse injuries that build up quietly until one round tips them into pain. Over the years, Kam has gained experience with just about every golf injury you can imagine. Choose an area to see what he treats and read the full guide.
Spine & Neck
The back and neck take huge rotational load in the swing. These are the most common golf complaints of all.
Assessment, Diagnosis & Rehab
How It Works
Every golfer gets a clear plan, not just a treatment. Here is how Kam gets you out of pain and back playing with confidence.
- 01
Screen & Assess
A thorough physical assessment of the painful area, the movement feeding it, and how it shows up in your swing. Nothing is left to guesswork.
- 02
Diagnose
A clear explanation of what is going on, why it happened, and exactly what it will take to fix it. In plain language, not jargon.
- 03
Treat
Hands-on work and targeted exercise to settle your symptoms and restore the movement you have lost.
- 04
Rebuild
Progressive loading so the tissue can handle golf again, and your body can produce more clubhead speed.
- 05
Return to Play
A graded return to practice and play, so you come back to the course confident and swinging freely, not tentative.

The Difference
Why Choose Physio Fore Golf?
A golf-specific physio sees what a general clinic misses, because the swing loads the body like no other sport. That is the whole point of Physio Fore Golf.
The Local Golf Scene
Golf at The Australian and Sydney's Inner South
The Australian Golf Club was founded in 1882 and is one of the oldest golf clubs in the country. It hosted the very first Australian Open in 1904 and has staged the championship more than twenty times since.
In the late 1970s Jack Nicklaus was commissioned to redesign the course, transforming it from a links layout into a championship parkland test of heavy mounding, water hazards and sculpted bunkering. His design team returned to refine it again in more recent years.
A course of that pedigree rewards a golfer whose body can repeat a powerful swing under pressure, which is exactly what Kam's performance work is built around.
What Championship Parkland Golf Asks of Your Body
A championship parkland course is long, and holding your speed and control from the first tee to the last green takes real physical capacity. Fatigue late in a round is where technique slips and injuries start.
Kam's screening measures the mobility, stability and strength behind a repeatable swing, then builds a plan so your body still performs on the closing holes.

In His Own Words
A Word From Justin Rose
Hi everybody, Justin Rose here. I'm really excited to hear that you have the opportunity to work with Kam in this developmental phase of your career.
Obviously that is my advice, you know, get stuck in, work hard. The earlier you can get that strength and conditioning base, the more you understand the recovery protocols, they'll kind of continue to stand you in good stead as you continue to push hard and work really hard and create that resilience to sort of have that work ethic but feel fantastic in your mind and your body.
So Kam has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and he's certainly helped guide me through stages of my career, back in the day where I was obviously pushing to get fitter, stronger, but also navigating a few little injuries along the way. So Kam was a wonderful resource for me, as I hope he will be for you.
So enjoy the journey. Above all, work hard, have the passion for it and get stuck in. And I wish you all the very best of luck. I'm very happy that you're in capable hands with Kam. So all the best to you all. Take care.
