The Service
What Golf Fitness Screening Involves
It measures how well you move, where you lose power, and which limitations are quietly holding your game back or setting up an injury.
This is the professional-sport approach applied to your golf. Screen it, do not guess it.
What a Golf Fitness Screening Measures
A golf screen looks at the physical qualities the swing actually depends on. Each one either helps you produce speed or protects you from injury.
- Mobility through the hips, spine and shoulders
- Stability and control under load
- Rotational power and how fast you can produce it
- How well you separate the pelvis and thorax through the swing
- How efficiently you sequence movement from the ground up

How Limitations Cost You Distance
Clubhead speed is not just talent or timing. A lot of it is physical, and physical limits show up as lost distance.
If your hips cannot rotate, your body finds speed somewhere it should not, usually the lower back. If you cannot separate your upper and lower body, you lose the stretch that creates power.
Most amateurs are not slow because of technique alone. They are slow because their body will not let them move the way the swing needs.
Who a Screening Is For
You do not need to be injured to benefit. A screen is just as useful for a healthy golfer chasing distance as it is for someone managing a niggle.

In His Own Words
A Word From Justin Rose
Hi everybody, Justin Rose here. I'm really excited to hear that you have the opportunity to work with Kam in this developmental phase of your career.
Obviously that is my advice, you know, get stuck in, work hard. The earlier you can get that strength and conditioning base, the more you understand the recovery protocols, they'll kind of continue to stand you in good stead as you continue to push hard and work really hard and create that resilience to sort of have that work ethic but feel fantastic in your mind and your body.
So Kam has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and he's certainly helped guide me through stages of my career, back in the day where I was obviously pushing to get fitter, stronger, but also navigating a few little injuries along the way. So Kam was a wonderful resource for me, as I hope he will be for you.
So enjoy the journey. Above all, work hard, have the passion for it and get stuck in. And I wish you all the very best of luck. I'm very happy that you're in capable hands with Kam. So all the best to you all. Take care.

Assessment, Diagnosis & Rehab
How It Works
Every golfer gets a clear plan, not just a treatment. Here is how Kam works with you.
- 01
Screen & Assess
A thorough physical assessment of the painful area, the movement feeding it, and how it shows up in your swing. Nothing is left to guesswork.
- 02
Diagnose
A clear explanation of what is going on, why it happened, and exactly what it will take to fix it. In plain language, not jargon.
- 03
Treat
Hands-on work and targeted exercise to settle your symptoms and restore the movement you have lost.
- 04
Rebuild
Progressive loading so the tissue can handle golf again, and your body can produce more clubhead speed.
- 05
Return to Play
A graded return to practice and play, so you come back to the course confident and swinging freely, not tentative.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much is a golf fitness screening?
A screening is $160 for a 45-minute session, and follow-up consults are $125 for 30 minutes. You leave with your results and a clear, prioritised plan.
Do I need to be injured to book a screening?
No. A screening is for any golfer who wants to move better, hit further or reduce injury risk, whether or not you have pain right now.
What do I get at the end?
A clear picture of your physical strengths and weaknesses for golf, and a prioritised plan for what to work on and how.
How is this different from a lesson with a golf coach?
A coach works on your technique and the club. Kam works on the body producing the swing, so the two complement each other rather than overlap.
